Sketch

If you stop in London for a few days, you have to try what is considered a true gourmet establishment, Sketch. It’s not just a simple restaurant but also a wonderful art gallery with installations that change every two years. The interior is curated by Indian designer India Mahdavi, who gave space to velvet and theme rooms to give you a very impressive tactile and visual experience in every corner, perfectly accompanying the dining experience offered by the menu.

Margot

Those who love Italian cuisine can taste its essence at Margot in London. Recently opened in the fall of 2016, the restaurant is housed in a former tobacco factory in Covent Garden and offers a cuisine inspired by the tradition of various Italian regions, reinterpreted in a personal way by Chef Maurizio Morelli, with a good and well-stocked wine selection. The kitchen is open and the interiors are very appealing because inspired by Giò Ponti’s and Carlo Mollino’s architecture and design. The dominant colors are those of deep blue that confer great elegance to the venue.

Spring

Design and gourmet passion characterize Spring, design venue within Somerset House in London. It is a sober and very refined space where you can enjoy Chef Skye Gyngell’s cuisine. Bright, spacious and airy, this restaurant features beautiful and distinctive details and decorations, such as the original white decorations on the ton sur ton walls and modern chandeliers. Don’t miss the internal courtyard, so full of potted vegetation that several times it has been used as a movie set.

Ethos

Ethos Restaurant is the perfect place for vegetarians, vegans, and salutists of all kinds who are in London. In fact, this restaurant proposes meat free, gluten-free cuisine without dairy and refined sugar in a design environment characterized by a contemporary style. The furnishings are largely inspired by nature, with impressive tree trunks occupying the central space of the room and around which the tables are placed. The marble used for the tables and the counter, in perfect match with natural wood, make everything even more precious.
